GP – Plastic pumps

The GP range is made from reinforced plastic casings. Suitable for pumping cargo to a maximum temperature of 80°C, GP range pumps are used in the feed industry for acidic fats, molasses in the sugar industry and for various requirements in paper industries. Offering an economical solution, these highly versatile pumps are also used for spraying a variety of fluids in the farming industry.

Technical talk:

With a range of options available, the GP range has a number of technical choices:

  • Housing: nyrim is used as standard, with inserts of 316 stainless steel
  • Gears: polyamide 12 or nyrim available as options
  • Shafts: fixed use is stainless steel 316
  • Bearings: bronze or outboard ball bearing
  • Seals: a lip seal provided on the G125, whereas mechanical seal in viton will be supplied on G2 and G2H
  • Ports: 1 1/4″ BSPF, 2″ BSPF, 2 1/2″ special order, 2″ NPT USA all available
  • Speed: top speed of up to 950 depending on the pump specs
  • Temperature: starting at -40 degrees up to over 100 degrees Celsius
